25 years ago, as Joe was starting out as a rookie police officer for Amherst
Police Department, he was searching for a way to make some extra money. His beautiful bride, Wendy, of over 30 years,
suggested he do some painting on the side for friends and family. Before long, the word spread and Pro Paint
was established.
